Review and access

Controlled from first draft to release.

  • Approved accounts

Sign-in is with Google. An Owner or Admin approves each account; there is no public sign-up.

  • Human review

A reviewer approves each version. Statements with no source or missing input block approval.

  • Controlled outputs

Internal copies are marked as drafts. A client copy is only made from a client-ready version.

  1. Draft
  2. In review
  3. Approved
  4. Client-ready

Editing an approved version returns it to draft.

Questions, answered

A little more clarity.

Is every draft reviewed?

Client release requires a current approved version with no open source gaps or missing input. Until then, internal copies are marked as drafts.

Can I work across clients?

Yes. Each client is its own boundary: people see only the clients they belong to, and client copies carry that client's name, footer and colour.

Which output formats are available?

Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), HTML, Markdown, CSV and JSON. PDF and PowerPoint are not available for these records. Requirements, bid assessments, closing checklists and risk reviews have internal copies only.

How do I access the workspace?
